Join us for the first-ever West Coast Bread Festival – an intimate gathering of bread-baking enthusiasts – on Saturday, May 2 from 9am–5pm at Central Milling’s Artisan Baking Center in Petaluma, CA.
Festival Day Passes
Secure your Day Pass by purchasing a ticket to your choice of hour-long, demonstration-style classes (two classes max per attendee) featuring bread-baking topics presented by world-class instructors. But that’s just the beginning… Your Day Pass gives you all-day access to the event and comes with some tasty perks!

The Day Pass is not intended for quick drop-ins or single-class attendance only.
The value of the pass is in the full day experience, not just the classroom time.
Attendees may not select more than two classes.
