Join us for the first-ever West Coast Bread Festival – an intimate gathering of bread-baking enthusiasts – on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 9am–5pm at Central Milling + Artisan Baking Center in Petaluma, CA.

Festival Day Passes

Secure your Day Pass by purchasing a ticket to your choice of hour-long, demonstration-style classes ($170 each, two classes max per attendee) featuring bread-baking topics presented by world-class instructors. But that’s just the beginning… Your Day Pass gives you all-day access to the event and comes with some tasty perks!

YOUR DAY PASS INCLUDES:

  • All-day access to the outdoor festival space

  • A bread baker’s swag bag stuffed with items valued at over $100

  • An official WCBF t-shirt (select your size at checkout)

  • One ticket to the Baker’s Raffle*

    • *Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase on site.

  • The Day Pass is not intended for quick drop-ins or single-class attendance only. 

  • The value of the pass is in the full day experience, not just the classroom time.

  • Attendees may select no more than two classes.

Not ready to go home yet? Neither are we! Grab a ticket to The Baker’s Roundtable and join fellow attendees for dinner and discussion at Griffo Distillery – a short 10-minute walk from the festival (on the way to Home2Suites, our preferred hotel partner). 

  • One signature drink* (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) from Griffo 

  • A dinner plate* from Tacos Don Pepe with two hand-made tortilla tacos and two sides. 

  • A 7pm panel discussion titled "Finding Your Place at the Table" featuring members of the bread community.
