Your Festival Day Pass begins with class! Sign up for one or two classes (max) where you will dive into a variety of bread baking topics with amazing instructors inside Central Milling’s Artisan Baking Center.

But class is just the beginning… attendees are invited to enjoy the intimate festival space all day long where they can connect with instructors & other bread baking enthusiasts, enjoy food & beverages from an assortment of local vendors, and more.

To cap off the day, attendees can purchase optional tickets to The Baker’s Roundtable – a relaxed dinner and panel discussion at Griffo Distillery, just a short walk away from the festival (and on the way back to Home2Suites where you might be staying).
