Refunds: Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event (by April 25, 2026). To request a refund, email us at westcoastbreadfestival@gmail.com. After that date, all sales are final.

Ticket Transfers: Need to give your ticket to someone else? You may transfer your ticket — including your class spot and full day pass — to another person at no charge, as long as you request the transfer by April 30, 2026 at 8:00 AM. To arrange a transfer, email us with the new attendee's name and contact information. Once transferred, the original ticket holder will no longer have access to any part of the event.

No-Shows: Tickets not used on the day of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable after the transfer deadline.

In the unlikely event the festival is cancelled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund."
